Butter 30 g

Sour cream 1 tbsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Cottage cheese 200 g
Semolina 3 tbsp

If you have regular crumbly cottage cheese, then you need to punch it with a blender or rub it through a sieve. If you have curd cheeses like mine, then you don’t need to do anything — they are ready to eat. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.

Add a spoonful of sour cream.

The next step is to add sugar, or vanilla.
