Ground black pepper (pinch) to taste
Cocoa 0.5 tsp
Raspberries (defrosted) 100 g
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Cream (33%) 200 ml
White chocolate 100 g

Pour cream into a saucepan, add chocolate, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate dissolves. Do not bring to a boil! Remove from heat, cover with film, and let cool completely.

Thaw raspberries, add powdered sugar, pepper and salt. Mash lightly with a fork.
