Strawberry and Sour Cream Delight with Cookie Crumble

Cookies can be soaked in strawberry liqueur! Do you like strawberries with sugar and sour cream? It is unlikely that anyone will refuse such a simple and tasty delicacy. The sour cream is soaked in strawberry juice and it becomes unclear which tastes better — strawberries or sour cream. And add cookies — it will be absolutely amazing.

Basic:

Strawberry 200 g
Sour cream 350 g
Ready shortbread cookies 100 g
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Decoration:

Mint to taste
Strawberry 30 g
bitter chocolate 20 g

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a dessert of strawberries and sour cream, we will need: strawberries; sour cream (not liquid, fat content 15% or higher); chocolate cookies (you can use regular biscuits without additives); powdered sugar; vanilla sugar. For decoration: mint; strawberry; bitter chocolate.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to the sour cream and mix. Leave for 5-7 minutes until the sugar dissolves.

Break the cookies into small pieces.

Wash the strawberries and dry them. Remove the tails. Cut the berries into slices. It doesn’t really matter how you cut the strawberries. You can also use quarters. maybe in cubes. But I had an oblong strawberry, so these berries look beautiful cut into circles.

Place 1-2 tbsp on the bottom of the bowls. l. chocolate cookies. Distribute 1-2 tbsp on top. l. sour cream with sugar. Place strawberry slices on top of the sour cream.

Repeat layers again. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Before serving, decorate the dessert with strawberry halves, mint, and chocolate. I also sprinkled it lightly with chocolate chip cookie crumbs. I ended up with 3 glasses filled to the brim. The layers can be made thinner and you will get 4-5 servings. Bon appetit!
