Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Butter 30 g

For the filling: peel and cut the apples into large cubes, sprinkle the pieces with lemon juice.

Melt butter in a frying pan, add apples, sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything and fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes.

The filling is ready, let it cool.

Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into squares, I divided it into 9 parts.

Place a tablespoon of filling on a piece of dough.

Place the envelopes on a baking sheet; if desired, you can brush them with egg white. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
