For dough:

Chicken eggs 3 pc
Sugar 100 g
Baileys Liquor 60 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Wheat flour 150 g
Vanilla to taste
Baking powder 10 g
Walnuts 50 g

For cream:

Chicken eggs 1 pc
Cottage cheese 250 g
Powdered sugar 40 g
Potato starch 20 g

Letʼs prepare the ingredients for the biscuit.

In a cup, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, liqueur and beat until fluffy. Add oil and beat again.

Mix flour, baking powder, nuts and add to egg-sugar mixture.

Mix carefully with a spatula.

Letʼs prepare the ingredients for the cream.

Mix cottage cheese, egg, powdered sugar and starch. Mix well. You should get a thick mass.

We cover the form with baking paper. Pour the dough into it and level it with a spoon. Now, using a pastry bag, we make a grid of cream on the dough. You can use a tight bag. Place the cream in it, cut off the tip and squeeze out the cream as well.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. You can check readiness with a toothpick. Sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar.
