Fast, simple, whipped up, very tasty! Curd pie in a slow cooker is a simple baking option for a cozy home tea party. It is similar to a cheesecake, with a moist and heavy crumb. It is made from available products; kneading the dough takes only 5 minutes.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make cottage cheese pie in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. Cottage cheese and sour cream are suitable for any fat content. Choose high-quality, natural dairy products, without vegetable fats. All ingredients should be at room temperature, so remove them from the refrigerator in advance.

Step 2

Step 2
Place the cottage cheese and sour cream in a bowl and stir with a spoon or spatula until smooth. If your cottage cheese is very grainy, then puree the mixture with a blender.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat the eggs into a separate bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Beat the eggs with a mixer, adding sugar in portions. Beat until light and fluffy.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour the beaten eggs into the curd mixture, stir with a spatula until smooth.

Step 5

Step 5
Sift half the flour and baking powder into the resulting mixture. Stir and start adding the remaining flour in small portions, kneading the dough. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough.

Step 6

Step 6
The resulting dough should be quite thick, but not too tough. I have about 50 grams of unadded flour left.

Step 7

Step 7
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Place the dough in it and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the multicooker bowl into the appliance and close the lid. Set the multicooker to a setting suitable for baking. The name will depend on the features of your model — on mine it is called “Baking”. If you set the time, then set it to 60 minutes. After the signal about the end of the program, turn off the multicooker, but do not open it immediately — let the cake stand for 20 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
Then remove the bowl and remove the pie from it. It came out easily for me, you can use a steamer insert.

Step 10

Step 10
Cool the finished pie and serve. When serving, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
