A simple recipe for an unusual and very tasty pizza! The familiar pizza looks a little different in this recipe. Itʼs much easier and faster to prepare than the traditional one, and it tastes amazing.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil (for lubrication) 200 ml
Mozzarella 100 g
Egg yolks 1 pc
Hard cheese 100 g
Greenery to taste
Ham 100 g
Yeast dough (ready for pizza) 200 g
Salami (pepperoni) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Preheat the oven to 180-200° C. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Place the meat ingredients on top of the dough, then grated cheese and herbs if desired, leaving 4 centimeters around the edges.

Roll the dough into a roll, pinching and tucking the ends down.

Place the roll, seam side down, on a baking sheet, greased with butter, and grease the roll itself with olive oil on top. Place in the oven.

After 20-25 minutes, take out the roll.

Cut the prepared pizza into portions and serve, topped with your favorite sauce.
