Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar (120 g for chocolate dough, 50 g for cottage cheese) 170 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Butter 150 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Chicken eggs (3 pcs. in chocolate dough, 1 pc. into cottage cheese) 4 pc
Cottage cheese 400 g
coconut flakes 50 g
Dark chocolate 150 g

For the curd filling: add 1 egg, 70 g of sugar to the curd and mix everything.

Add coconut flakes and mix. The filling is ready.

For the chocolate dough: melt the chocolate with butter and cool slightly.

Add 3 eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture.

Beat until fluffy.

Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture.

Mix everything until smooth. The consistency of the curd filling and the chocolate dough should be approximately the same, so if your curd is too wet, you can add a little starch.

Letʼs form our pie. Place half of the chocolate dough on the bottom of the mold (my mold is 24 cm in diameter).

Spread the curd filling on top.

And cover with the rest of the dough.

Bake the pie at 170 C for about 50-60 minutes. Let the finished pie cool completely and, preferably, leave it for a few more hours so that the pie thickens and the pieces hold their shape when cut.
