Powdered sugar 60 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 230 g
Baking powder 1 tsp

For the chocolate chips:

Butter 60 g
Walnuts 60 g
Wheat flour 50 g
Cocoa 10 g
Powdered sugar 30 g

Filling:

Cherry 300 g
Starch 1 tbsp
Sugar to taste

Grind the butter with powdered sugar, add sour cream, grind until smooth.

Add flour with baking powder and knead the dough.

Form the dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Letʼs make chocolate chips.

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, powdered sugar and butter. Using your hands, quickly grind the mixture into crumbs.

Add finely chopped nuts and mix until smooth.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out into a layer about 4 mm thick and place it on the bottom of the mold.
