Slow Cooker Meat and Potato Pie

Do you like pies and have a slow cooker? A hearty, delicious simple pie for you. This is one of my favorite pies, I bake it according to this recipe in the oven very often: for a holiday, for dinner, for welcoming guests — everyone really likes it! To be honest, I’m just getting used to the slow cooker — and today I wanted to make my favorite pie together with my favorite assistant. Letʼs see what comes of it!

Ingredients (8 portions)

For dough:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Wheat flour 3 cup
Butter 150 g
Eggs 1 pc
Soda 1 tsp
Kefir 1 cup

For filling:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter 50 g
Potato 300 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Pork 300 g

To grease the mold:

Vegetable oil 1 tsp

For sprinkling:

Letʼs prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough; it is advisable to use frozen butter.

Sift the flour through a sieve, mix with salt and soda. Then grind the butter and flour into crumbs — I do this using a blender (first I take 2 cups, then add the rest of the flour when kneading the dough), it’s faster, but you can do it with your hands — here’s who’s used to it

Pour it into a large container, add kefir and egg
