Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 250 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Butter 100 g
Plums 300 g
Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 250 g
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanilla sugar 3 tsp

Letʼs prepare the dough. Grind the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar is partially dissolved. Add eggs and mix. Add flour and baking powder. Mix the dough.

Peel the plums and cut them into quarters.

Grease the mold a little with oil. Place the dough in the mold, level it and make sides. Sprinkle the dough with ground breadcrumbs. Place the plum on the dough. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

Letʼs prepare the filling: Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
