In this recipe I will tell you how to bake pies from ready-made puff pastry. We prepare the products: potatoes, onions, minced meat (pork/beef), puff pastry without yeast (we transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator in the evening — it will “go away” overnight).

Cut the potatoes into slices, onion into cubes, place in a glass bowl with a lid, add black pepper, mayonnaise, and salt.

Stir, cover with a lid and put in the microwave for 10 minutes or the “Vegetables” mode. As you can see, the potatoes retain their shape, there is no excess water and they cook quickly. Remove from the microwave and let cool.

Prepare the dough as shown in the picture: put a thin layer of minced meat on one part of the pie, and make cuts in a checkerboard pattern on the other.
