Dry yeast 5 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 250 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 0.3 tsp

For filling::

Brynza 300 g

How to make cheese pies in the oven from yeast dough? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough and products made from it are more fluffy. You can use more than just cheese for the filling. It can be replaced with feta, suluguni or any other cheese that you like.

In a small bowl, stir warm water, sugar and yeast. Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to start working. Bubbles will begin to appear on the surface. Then pour into a spacious bowl in which you will prepare the dough.

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and gradually add sifted flour. Mix it into the dough. Use the amount of flour based on the consistency of the dough. You may need a little less or more than what is indicated in the recipe. Read about the properties of flour in the link at the end of this recipe.

The finished dough is soft and tender. Almost does not stick to your hands. Leave it in a bowl under a towel in a warm place. In 1-1.5 hours the dough will increase in size.

For the filling, mash the cheese with a fork.

Roll out the dough into a circle and cut into triangular segments. Place a little filling on the wide part of each triangle and roll it up.

Cover a baking tray with baking parchment and place the pies on it. Brush the surface of each with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds.
