Wheat flour 3 cup
Salt 1.5 tsp
Water 290 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp

For filling:

Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Potato 700 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Minced meat 400 g
