Sesame 10 g

For dough:

Wheat flour 450 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Kefir 250 g
Dry yeast 5 g

For filling:

How to bake a roll with green onions and eggs in the oven? First, prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. The dough is kneaded with yeast, but in a quick, non-steamed way. Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance; it should be warm.

Pour a glass of kefir into a bowl, add sugar and salt and stir until the crystals dissolve. Add dry yeast and stir well until it also dissolves in the liquid. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mixture. Sift the flour. Thanks to this, it will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished dough will turn out fluffier and airier.

Add the sifted flour in parts, stirring the mixture with a spoon until the dough is well mixed. Depending on the quality of flour, you may need a little more or a little less. The dough should be elastic, not very tight, but it should stop sticking to the sides of the bowl. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for half an hour.
