Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 300 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Butter 60 g
Milk 1 l
Walnuts to taste
Chicken eggs 8 pc
Semolina 160 g
Apricots 200 g

Prepare all the necessary products in advance.

Cook semolina porridge in milk. At the end add a piece of butter. Let cool.

Beat eggs with granulated sugar until light foam.

Mix the cooled porridge thoroughly with beaten eggs.

Gradually adding flour, bring the mixture to the consistency of thick sour cream.

Remove pits from apricots and cut the fruit into 4 slices.

Grease a baking sheet with high sides with vegetable oil and pour in the semolina mixture. Place chopped apricots evenly over the top of the dough base and sprinkle with nut crumbs. Bake at 180°C. 50 — 60 min.
