The pie is made from a minimum of ingredients. Strawberries are always an excellent filling for pies, and in combination with cottage cheese you will get an unusually tender and juicy delicacy.

Ingredients (10 portions)

For dough:

Wheat flour 200 g
Butter 100 g
Eggs 1 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 50 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp

For filling:

Sugar 120 g
Sour cream 200 g
Cottage cheese 400 g
Strawberry 300 g
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The butter should be soft. Sift the flour.

Place butter, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt into a mixer bowl. Mix everything into crumbs at low speed.

Then add the chicken egg, sugar, sour cream and mix again until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Transfer the dough into a bag and into the refrigerator to cool for 30-40 minutes.

While the dough is cooling, prepare the strawberries, cut some into cubes, some into slices.

Prepare the curd filling. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add chicken eggs, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanilla sugar. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.

Distribute the chilled dough over the entire pan, lightly greased with butter, so that there are sides.

Place a little curd filling on the bottom, distributing it evenly, put diced strawberries on it, then another layer of curd filling.
