For dough:

Wheat flour 250 g
Eggs 2 pc
Milk 100 ml
Butter 100 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 pack
Salt to taste

For the baby:

Butter 50 g
Sugar 130 g

For dipping:

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

For filling:

Cream 200 ml

DOUGH: Place yeast and sugar in warm milk, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Eggs, butter at room temperature, vanilla sugar, salt — beat everything together.

Add flour, mix.

Pour in milk and yeast, stir.

The dough should be soft and sticky.

Cover the dough with film and leave for half an hour.

Cover the form with parchment, lay out the dough and leave for half an hour.

CRUMB: Grind cold butter with sugar and put in the refrigerator.
