Quick and Tasty Oven-Baked Ham and Cheese Frittata

Frittata is a delicious Italian omelette. 10 minutes and breakfast is ready. I offer you the option of a very tasty, and most importantly, quick breakfast. It’s not difficult to prepare, and there are simply a huge number of flavor options. Products for the filling can be taken based on what is in the refrigerator, choose vegetables to your taste — zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, green peas and much more, it will fit perfectly here, instead of ham you can take any meat product, or if you don’t have it eat, cook without it. Experiment and make your morning brighter and tastier!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Butter 25 g
Potato (boiled in its jacket, mine weighed 180g) 180 g
Any cheese 80 g
Bulb onions (small onion) 1 pc
Greenery 1 tbsp
Ham 100 g
Chicken eggs 4 pc

Ingredients. Since the preparatory work takes less than 10 minutes, we first set the oven to preheat at 180 C.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the finely diced onion and fry for 1-2 minutes until translucent.

Add boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes, and fry until golden brown.

Add diced ham, fry for a couple of minutes and turn off.

Place potatoes, onions and ham in portioned molds or one large mold.

Place thinly sliced tomato on top.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top (any cheese will work here, as long as it’s delicious)

For the egg filling, beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add chopped herbs (if you wish, you can add 4 tablespoons of milk or 1 tablespoon of sour cream).

Fill the filling with filling and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 15 minutes.
