Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil (for lubrication) 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper (taste) to taste
Potato (young) 600 g
Green onions (maybe 1 medium onion) 1 g
Zucchini (fresh) 1 pc
Parsley 1 g
bell pepper 2 pc
Bacon 200 g

Wash and peel the potatoes and zucchini. Cut the prepared vegetables into small rings.

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. We clean the pepper, wash it, and chop it into thin strips.

We pre-pepper the vegetables and add salt to our taste. Set the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place on top of each other: potatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers.

Cover the dish with baking foil, make a lot of holes with a toothpick, bake for about 20 minutes. Take out the dish, remove the foil, sprinkle with herbs and send back for another quarter of an hour to form a golden brown crust.
