Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake chicken breast fillet under a fur coat in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. Rinse the potatoes well to remove dirt and boil in boiling water without peeling. When the potatoes are soft, drain the water and leave them to cool. You can take any chicken fillet, as well as turkey fillet.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut each chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts. Beat all the fillet pieces a little with a kitchen hammer.

Step 3

Step 3
To prepare the marinade, finely chop the parsley. Peel and chop the garlic. Add it to the parsley. Pour in vegetable oil. Add dried herbs, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything.

Step 4

Step 4
Brush the beaten chicken fillet on all sides with the resulting marinade and leave to rest.

Step 5

Step 5
Meanwhile, make the mushroom filling. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the onion. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until transparent.

Step 6

Step 6
Wash the champignons to remove dirt and chop finely. Place the champignons in the pan with the onions and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes. As you fry the mushrooms, some moisture will appear. It should evaporate.

Step 7

Step 7
Salt the mushrooms a little. Pour cream into them. Add dried herbs and flour. Stir and heat everything together for a couple more minutes. The sauce will thicken a little.

Step 8

Step 8
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. I have a ceramic one. Place chicken fillet in pan.

Step 9

Step 9
Place the mushroom filling on the pieces of chicken fillet.

Step 10

Step 10
Peel the boiled potatoes in their jackets.

Step 11

Step 11
Grate the potatoes and place each piece on top of the mushrooms. Grease with a little sour cream. If desired, the sour cream can be foamed with mayonnaise.

Step 12

Step 12
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top of the breast. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-45 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.

Step 13

Step 13
The finished dish will turn golden. The cheese will melt completely and brown slightly. Remove the pan from the oven, cool slightly and serve!

Step 14

Step 14
Bon appetit!
