How to make potatoes with broccoli in the oven? Very easy! Prepare all products according to the list. Broccoli can be used either fresh or frozen (I used frozen florets this time). Any cheese you like is suitable.

So, wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush. Place the tubers in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and add salt to taste. Reduce the flame and cook the potatoes until almost done. This will take you 15-20 minutes. Next, drain the water, cool the potatoes slightly and peel them.

Boil water in a separate saucepan, add lightly salt and place the broccoli florets in boiling water. After boiling again, reduce the flame slightly and leave the cabbage to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Next, drain the inflorescences in a colander and rinse under running cold water.

Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes or slices. The method of cutting potatoes can be any at your discretion.

Add broccoli florets to the potatoes.

Wash the eggs. Beat two eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream and mix everything until smooth using a whisk.

Add coarsely grated cheese to the resulting mixture. Mix everything again.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the vegetables, and also add smoked paprika, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything carefully.

Place the vegetables in a baking dish of suitable size and pre-greased with vegetable oil. Send to bake in a preheated oven for 15-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
