Pork tenderloin 600 g

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare pork with potatoes in the oven we will need: pork tenderloin, lemon, olive oil, Provençal herbs, ground black pepper, ground chili, and salt.

Cut the lemon into slices.

Rinse and dry the pork tenderloin. Rub the meat with salt and black pepper and chili pepper.
