How to bake the most delicious potatoes in a baking sleeve in the oven? Prepare the indicated products. The size of vegetables (onions, carrots, tomatoes, garlic) is not of fundamental importance. You can use any dry spices; I use dry spices for roasts. You can take fresh herbs according to your taste — it can be dill, parsley, green onions, I take fresh dill. Prepare a baking sleeve and turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees.

Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Place vegetables in a deep bowl. Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings, add to the bowl with the previously prepared vegetables.

Wash the tomato and grate it on a coarse grater. The peel will remain in your hand and can be thrown away. Add the tomato puree to the vegetables in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, dry spices, and vegetable oil to the vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly so that the oil and spices are evenly distributed over the vegetables.
