Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Water 2.5 l
Potato 5 pc
Green onions 1 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Champignon 400 g
Minced meat 400 g
Dill 1 g
Processed cheese (better — president, hochland or viola) 200 g
Celery (stem) 2 pc

Recipe instructions

Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.

Peel the vegetables. Cut the onions and potatoes into cubes, celery into small pieces, and carrots into strips. Wash and chop the green onions.

In a saucepan, fry the minced meat in oil for 5 minutes. Add champignons, cook for 3 minutes.
