Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 2 l
Potato 3 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Dill 1 tbsp
Millet 0.5 cup
Chicken wings 500 g

How to cook tender rustic soup with millet? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash and dry the wings. Place them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, drain the broth, pour two liters of water over the wings and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens. Just peel the onion; you will need it whole.

Sort the millet and rinse

Place potatoes, onions and millet into boiling broth. Bring the soup to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 7 minutes.

Saute the grated carrots in vegetable oil until tender.

Place dill and carrots in soup. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Pass the garlic through a press and add to the soup. Add salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the soup from the heat and let it stand covered for about 7 minutes.
