Water 300 ml
Zucchini (one medium zucchini) 800 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Read the label carefully, it should say “processed cheese” and not “processed cheese product”. Poor quality cheese can ruin the taste of the soup.

Cut the zucchini into cubes. Remove seeds if necessary. To do this, cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds in the middle with a spoon. If the zucchini has a thick skin, cut it off too.
