Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Milk (or salted water) 0.5 l
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil to taste
Soda 0.5 tsp
Liver 500 g

Recipe instructions

Rinse the liver and remove the film. Soak in milk or water for at least 30 minutes. Then dry the liver. Cut into pieces no thicker than 2 cm. Lightly beat all pieces on both sides.

Season each piece with salt and pepper to taste on all sides. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Beat eggs into a bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, beat everything well. The batter should turn out like thick sour cream.

Heat a frying pan, dip the chops in batter and fry over medium heat in vegetable oil.
