Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the ingredients for the dish. Letʼs start cooking with meat. We thoroughly wash the pork pulp, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into thin slices across the grain, no more than 0.5 centimeters thick. We beat them with a kitchen hammer on both sides. There is no need to season or marinate them; the seasoning will be added to the batter.

Step 2

Step 2
Prepare the batter. The batter is prepared according to different recipes, some add milk, sour cream or mayonnaise to the dough, they even use cheese, potatoes and other products. The simplest recipe based on milk and eggs is prepared very quickly. Beat chicken eggs into a bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste; if desired, you can add any other meat seasoning.

Step 3

Step 3
Using a hand whisk or mixer, beat the eggs with spices until the salt is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour in the milk; you can choose any milk fat content you wish. Mix the ingredients again until the mixture has a homogeneous consistency.

Step 5

Step 5
Pour in the sifted wheat flour, adding it little by little so that it does not form lumps. Using a fork or whisk, whisk the mixture until the flour is completely incorporated.

Step 6

Step 6
Dip the cooked pieces of pork into the batter so that the meat is completely covered with the egg-milk mixture.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Letʼs warm it up. Place the battered pork on the hot oil. Fry the meat over medium heat without a lid, first on one side until golden brown. Then turn over and fry on the second side until golden brown. To remove excess oil from the finished battered meat, place the pork on a paper towel for a few minutes.

Step 8
