Slow Cooker Chicken and Barley Porridge

Basic:

Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chicken breasts 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Pearl barley 1 cup

Preparing the ingredients

We wash the pearl barley and soak it in water (preferably overnight)

Cut chicken breast into cubes

Fry in a multicooker on the “Baking” or “Frying” mode for 10 minutes

While the meat is roasting, chop the onions

Three carrots on a coarse grater

Add carrots and onions to the chicken and fry everything together for another 10 minutes

Pour in the pearl barley, pour in enough water to completely cover all the ingredients, add salt and pepper. Mix everything well and set the “Pilaf” mode
