To cook porridge, it is convenient to use aluminum cookware or a pan with a thick bottom. Mine is an aluminum bucket. Enameled porridge may burn. Pour the required amount of milk into the ladle.

Add a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk. Added salt, on the one hand, shades the taste of sugar, but on the other hand, emphasizes the sweetness of the porridge. For my taste, this amount of sugar is quite enough. You are guided by your taste.

Then add semolina to cold milk. Stir and place the ladle on the fire. If you like thinner porridge, then only 2 tablespoons of cereal will be enough.

Bring everything to a boil while stirring constantly. When boiling, the porridge will gradually become thick. Boil it for literally 20-30 seconds and remove from heat. Just donʼt stop stirring the porridge, otherwise you will get one big lump. Standing and waiting for it to boil for 1-2 minutes is not at all difficult.

Pour the finished porridge into the prepared plate and help yourself. Semolina porridge is delicious when freshly prepared. If you leave it to cool, it will become thick and, in my opinion, not very tasty.
