Ingredients (12 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Bay leaf 2 pc
Parsley (Dried) 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Celery root 0.5 pc
bell pepper (Can be frozen) 50 g
Greenery to taste
Dill (Dried) 1 tbsp
Pearl barley 1 cup
Oyster mushrooms 250 g
Chicken bouillon 1 l

I prepared the necessary products. Rinse the pearl barley well, add cold water and leave it in the water for several hours or overnight so that it swells. Drain the water and rinse well again.

Cut the carrots into strips.

Grate the celery root on a coarse grater.

Peel the mushrooms from the top film and cut into cubes.

Cut the onion into medium cubes.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add carrots, onions, and pearl barley, season with salt and pepper.

I fill everything with chicken broth. The liquid should cover the vegetables and cereals by 1.5-2 centimeters.
