Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Mustard to taste
Bun (Used store bought) 4 pc
Breadcrumbs 15 tbsp
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
Salted cucumbers (Depends on their size. I have average.) 1 pc
Minced meat (Anyone can. I have chicken) 500 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Lettuce leaves 8 pc
Cream cheese (Slices 1 pack) 80 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Add only salt and pepper to the minced meat. You can also use any seasonings. Form cutlets the size of your buns. Roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Step 2
Finely chop the cucumber. Add mayonnaise, mustard and 2-3 teaspoons of barbecue sauce (it’s not in the list of products, that’s why I didn’t add it). You can replace it with ketchup. The sauce is ready.

Step 3

Step 3
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked. When the cutlets are almost ready, toast the buns in a dry frying pan until golden brown, cut side down. It is important that the buns and cutlets are warm, so when you start drying the buns, the sauce, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce must be prepared.
