Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Mozzarella (crushed) 0.5 g
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Pepper to taste
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Parsley (fresh) to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Champignon (large) 10 pc
Chicken fillet 150 g
Feta 60 g

Recipe instructions

Wash the champignons in running water and then dry them. Separate the caps from the stems and place the caps in the form in which we will bake them. Pre-line the pan with baking parchment. The caps should be turned with the holes facing up.

Finely chop the chicken fillet and then fry for about 5 minutes over low heat. We also cut the mushroom stems, then combine them with the chicken in a frying pan. Fry everything together for another 5 minutes.

Now we need to mix sour cream and flour. Next we add them to the pan with the chicken and mushroom legs. Salt, pepper and simmer our mixture for another 10 minutes (until thickens). Then the chicken-mushroom mixture must be cooled. Once the mixture has cooled, add grated feta cheese and parsley. Letʼs mix.

Place the resulting mixture into mushroom caps. And sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

We send our dish to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
