Water (approximately) 450 ml
Bay leaf 1 pc
Chicken breasts 330 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp
bell pepper 40 g
Green beans 70 g
Herbal mixture (or any ready-made spices for rice or chicken (1 tsp or to taste) to taste
Parboiled rice 150 g

How to bake rice with chicken breast and vegetables in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. The set of vegetables can be changed to your liking. Take long grain steamed rice.

Wash the chicken breasts, dry well and cut into medium pieces.

Place green beans in boiling salted water. Blanch at a moderate simmer for about 5 minutes. Place the beans in a sieve to drain.

Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into small cubes.

Cut the pre-washed and peeled carrots into quarters. If the carrots are thin, you can cut them into slices.

Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds and green parts. Cut the vegetable into medium cubes. It is better not to cut vegetables too finely so that they do not overcook during baking.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the prepared chicken fillet. Over moderately high heat, fry the fillet until golden brown.
