Appetizing chops will become the highlight of your holiday table. My eldest son does not eat meat at all. It can only be quietly mixed into some dish somewhere. But when he first saw these chops, he became interested: “Mom, what is so beautiful?” — Try it :) And he liked it) We’re not saying that it’s meat) We’re just asking mom to cook the chops :)))))

Basic:

Onion (big) 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Hard cheese 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 20 g
bell pepper (red) 1 pc
Chicken fillet 400 g
Pineapples (6 circles) 300 g

Cut the pepper into strips.

Cut the onion into half rings.

In a preheated and oiled frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown.

We cut the fillet into several parts and beat it carefully on both sides.

Place the chops on parchment or a greased baking sheet, add salt, pepper and grease with a little mayonnaise.
