Rinse the chicken drumsticks and dry them. Gently pull the skin off the meat, being careful to keep it intact, and trim the bone behind the cartilage. Cut the bone out of the chicken fillet. Flatten each fillet and cut with a knife, without cutting to the end and maintaining the integrity of the fillet.

Grate the sausage cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable, from ordinary Russian cheese to suluguni, mozzarella, cottage cheese or processed cheese. The main thing is that the cheese is tasty, without dyes or milk fat substitutes, and melts well.

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Flatten each chicken fillet, sprinkle with chicken spices, chopped herbs and grated cheese. If you use ready-made spice mixtures, be sure to read the ingredients on the package. If they donʼt have salt and pepper, add them to your spice mix yourself.

Roll the fillet into a roll and carefully place it back into the previously removed skin, giving the drumsticks their original appearance. Grease the stuffed drumsticks with vegetable oil and sprinkle with the remaining spices.

Place chicken drumsticks in a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake the drumsticks in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 35-40 minutes, periodically brushing with juice from the bottom of the pan.
