Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Sour cream 1 cup
Parsley 10 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Lemons 1 pc
Oregano dry 0.5 tbsp
Chicken thighs 1300 g

We start preparing the sour cream marinade with lemon. We rinse it thoroughly under running water, dry it with a kitchen towel. Rub the zest into a plate. Then place the lemon on a cutting board, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. For our recipe, 1 tablespoon is enough.

Finely chop the parsley with a sharp knife. Chop the garlic on a cutting board into small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Place sour cream, oregano, lemon juice with zest, garlic, vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper in a bowl. Mix everything until smooth. Pour in the parsley and mix again with a tablespoon.

Place the chicken in a regular plastic bag and carefully, using a tablespoon, pour in the marinade. Twist the bag tightly and stir the contents several times so that the marinade evenly covers all the chicken drumsticks.

Then put the bag of chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, remove the bag of chicken from the refrigerator and place the drumsticks in a baking dish. After the oven has warmed up, place the baking sheet and bake the meat until fully cooked, about 45 — 60 minutes. During this time, the chicken should be completely baked.
