Basic:

Chicken breasts 700 g
Cream 350 g
Italian herbs 0.5 tsp
Garlic 0.5 tsp
Parmesan 25 g
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

To grease the mold:

Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Remove skin and bone from chicken breasts; do not throw away the bone itself, but add it to the broth when cooking. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

Bring the cream to a boil over low heat.

Add aromatic herbs to them, I use a mixture of “Provençal herbs”. You can add the herbs and spices you like.
