Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Hard cheese 100 g
Dry spices (for chicken) 0.5 tsp
Chicken fillet 400 g
Cream (10%) 200 ml

How to make julienne without mushrooms? Prepare your ingredients. To prepare julienne without mushrooms, we will need: chicken fillet; cheese; cream; butter; flour; spices for chicken; ground black pepper and salt.

Pour flour into the cream and mix everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Add chicken spices, salt and pepper to the creamy flour mixture. Stir.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into cubes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the chicken fillet over high heat for about 10 minutes until the meat is golden brown.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Pour the creamy flour mixture into the pan with the chicken. Stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes. The sauce should thicken. If the sauce turns out to be very thick, you can dilute it a little with milk or cream.
