Parsley 30 g

Beans 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
You can use any beans. You can soak it overnight (or for 3 hours), then it will cook faster. If you donʼt soak it, it doesnʼt matter, let it cook like this. The beans are placed in cold water and placed on the stove. Salt at the very end of cooking and infuse a little. Immediately salted beans remain woody and not as tasty. When ready, drain the water and cool the beans.

Step 2

Step 2
Boil the eggs. It’s also better to put them in cold water and add a spoonful of salt; even a broken egg won’t leak out with it. After boiling, boil hard-boiled eggs for 8 minutes. After this, you need to pour cold water over the eggs and crack the shells — the water will get under the shell, and you can easily peel the eggs, no matter how fresh they are.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel and chop the nuts. Leave a couple for serving.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the beans in a convenient bowl and chop the egg whites into it.

Step 5

Step 5
Add nuts and add a little salt.

Step 6

Step 6
In another bowl, chop the egg yolks (a fork is very convenient), chop the herbs here (leave a few leaves for serving), add mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 7

Step 7
Mix everything well.

Step 8

Step 8
To serve, place the salad in salad bowls and top with dressing. Decorate.
