To do this, take a spacious bowl and combine mustard and honey in it. If the honey is candied, then melt it in a water bath or in a microwave oven at medium power.

Then add soy sauce, salt and spices to the honey mustard mixture. You can use paprika and ground pepper as spices. You can add a little chopped garlic. Mix the entire marinade well.

Rinse the chicken wings in running water and dry with a paper towel. If they have feathers, they must be plucked out or scorched over a fire. Cut off the smallest part of each wing. We wonʼt need it. There is no meat in this part of the wing, but when baked in the oven, it begins to burn.
