Sugar 1 tsp
Wheat flour 830 g
Water 325 ml
Eggs 3 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

For filling:

Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Cod fillet 1 kg

It is advisable to sift the flour. Cod fish. Lard is optional, but the cod itself is very dry. Water at room temperature.

It seems to me that dumpling dough is simpler, probably just an omelette :) Mix all the ingredients and knead into a homogeneous, smooth, non-sticky dough. Cover or wrap in a bag to prevent it from getting too dry, and in the meantime prepare the filling.

I minced the fish and lard in a meat grinder. Finely chopped the onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and the filling is ready.

I don’t think there’s any need to tell you how to roll out dumplings.
