Juicy Chicken with Lemon Marinade

I recommend trying it. A little fiddling, but the payoff is pleasant. Whole baked chicken does not always turn out juicy, especially white meat. With lemon marinade, chicken meat is baked evenly juicy, it does not allow the meat to lose its juice. The same effect as in kebab.

Garlic 1 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Apples 1 pc
Pepper 0.5 tsp
Zucchini 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Lemons 1 pc
Chicken 1.5 kg
Thyme, thyme 1 tsp

Prepare the marinade. Remove the zest from half a lemon. Squeeze the juice from the same half. Add zest, black pepper, salt, thyme, vegetable oil and garlic. Mix everything.

The carcass needs to be rubbed with marinade inside and out. Place the chicken marinated in this way in a bag, and pour the remaining marinade into it.
