How to make chicken breast in French? Prepare your food. Peel the chilled chicken breast, wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut the breasts lengthwise and pound them a little. The most convenient way to do this is to cover the meat with cling film or a bag. At the same time, pieces of meat will not fly around the kitchen. One piece of chicken breast yields 2-3 pieces.

Heat the pan until hot. Pour a little vegetable oil on it and quickly fry the battered breast, literally 1-2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle the chicken lightly with salt and spices. Cover a baking tray with foil and grease with vegetable oil. Place the fried breasts on a baking sheet. Peel the onion, finely chop and place on chicken pieces.

Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them into pieces. Place tomatoes on meat. Then grease them a little with mayonnaise.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it generously over the chicken breasts. Place the baking sheet with the meat in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 30-35 minutes.
