How to make chicken with cauliflower in the oven? Prepare the ingredients needed to prepare cauliflower with chicken. I use fresh cabbage (I have a small one), but you can also use frozen cabbage; you don’t need to defrost it first. I use 10% cream, I use Parmesan and Russian cheese equally, you can use either one. Garlic to taste, you can add it. Prepare the pan for use in the oven.

Wash fresh cauliflower and cut off the top leaves. Use a knife to cut off all the inflorescences. They need to be disassembled or cut into small pieces. I don’t use the stalk in cooking.

Place the disassembled cabbage inflorescences in slightly salted boiling water and cook for 3 — 4 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces themselves. Then drain the cabbage in a colander to drain all the liquid.

Dry the washed chicken fillet and cut into arbitrary pieces. Lightly brown the shredded chicken on each side. Add a little salt to the chicken; at this stage I also added a few dry spices.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil or line it with parchment. Spread the boiled cauliflower pieces evenly over the mixture.

Place fried chicken fillet pieces evenly on top of the cabbage.

To prepare the sauce, you need to mix eggs, cream, add chopped garlic cloves, some grated cheese, salt and spices to taste. Mix everything.

Pour the egg-cream sauce over the cabbage and chicken, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve baked cabbage with chicken fillet hot. This is an independent dish, tasty and healthy. This casserole can be offered for dinner for the whole family, including children. In addition to this dinner, you can offer potato or rice dishes, as well as some kind of salad.
