Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Water 1.5 cup
Pepper to taste
Rice (You can use any cereal) 1 cup
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken legs (Or any chicken parts) 800 g

Prepare the marinade: mix sour cream, soy sauce, salt. You can add any seasonings. I used ground black pepper, paprika and a little red pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. I left it overnight. Chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Rinse the rice and place it in a baking dish. Fill with water. Add some salt and you can add turmeric or curry. Place the roast on top

Place the chicken, cover with foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Then remove the foil to allow the chicken to brown for about 15 minutes.
