How to make chicken with mushrooms in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. You can cook any part of the chicken in a slow cooker, but I use chicken fillet so that there are no bones in the finished dish. The proportions of all ingredients can be slightly changed according to your taste preferences.

Rinse the chicken fillet in running water, dry off excess moisture and cut into large pieces. Heat the multicooker bowl until hot on the “fry” mode, pour in a little vegetable oil and add the chopped chicken. Fry it for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.

Wash the champignons to remove dirt and cut them. Cut large champignons into 4 parts, and small ones can only be cut in half.

Peel the onions and garlic and rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller. Just chop the garlic into pieces.

Wash the bell peppers and tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

When the chicken is fried, place it on a plate. Place the chopped champignons in the multicooker bowl. Fry them for 5-7 minutes. Then add chopped onions to the mushrooms. Fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes.

Then return the chicken to the bowl. Add bell peppers, tomatoes and garlic. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then pour in hot water, add curry, salt and pepper to taste. Switch the multicooker to the "Stew" mode for 20 minutes. Be guided by your multicooker.
