How to make stewed chicken breast with vegetables? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can change the set of vegetables according to your taste, desire and availability. It is better to buy chilled chicken breast, this product will be juicier. Wash it and cut it into small cubes.

Wash the eggplants and also cut them into small cubes. If a vegetable has a specific bitterness, it can be removed by soaking the vegetable in a salty solution. My eggplant is not bitter, so it does not require special preparation.
