Vegetable oil 80 ml
Lettuce leaves 100 g
bell pepper 3 pc
Onion 1 pc
Lime juice pc
Caraway 1 tsp
Chilli 0.5 g

How to make fajitas at home? A very simple, quick and affordable dish. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use thigh fillet instead of breast fillet. You can also replace the chicken with turkey or other meat to taste.

In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, lime juice, cumin and hot pepper flakes. If you donʼt want the dish to be spicy, you can replace the hot peppers with paprika flakes. You can replace lime juice with lemon juice.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.

Pour the marinade over the chicken and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into large strips. To make the dish beautiful and bright, take peppers of different colors.
